  4.        Once a plot has been drawn on the monitor, the special plot functions
  5.     are enabled through the following keys:

  8.      F1...Turn measurement line cursor ON/OFF
  9.           When the measurement cursor is on, the following keys are active:
  10.            <-...Move cursor left
  11.            ->...Move cursor right
  12.             p...Print upper and lower plot values for date marked by cursor
  13.      F3...Smooth upper plot
  14.      F4...Smooth lower plot
  15.      F5...Replace upper plot with user specified rate of change
  16.           (After pressing F5, type rate of change period in days and
  17.            press "ENTER")
  18.      F6...Replace lower plot with user specified rate of change
  19.      F7...Redraw original upper plot
  20.      F8...Redraw original lower plot
  21.      F9...Grid ON/OFF
  22.     F10...User line draw mode ON/OFF
  23.     Esc...Return to the main menu
